How do I convert a chat?
In WhatsApp open a chat → menu → Export chat → Include media, then open the resulting .zip in ChatVault. See the step-by-step guide.
Where are my converted chats stored?
Only on your device. ChatVault has no servers and never uploads your data — see the Privacy Policy.
My export is huge / the conversion is slow.
Use the date range option to convert only the period you need instead of the whole chat.
Voice notes don't play.
ChatVault converts audio so it plays in any browser. Make sure you chose "Include media" when exporting from WhatsApp — otherwise the audio files are missing from the ZIP.
What is the Pro unlock?
An optional one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by the App Store / Google Play. It only removes the free-tier limits — there's no subscription and no ads.

Come converto una chat?
In WhatsApp apri una chat → menu → Esporta chat → Includi media, poi apri lo .zip ottenuto in ChatVault. Vedi la guida passo-passo.
Dove vengono salvate le chat convertite?
Solo sul tuo dispositivo. ChatVault non ha server e non carica mai i tuoi dati — vedi l'Informativa sulla privacy.
Il mio export è enorme / la conversione è lenta.
Usa l'opzione intervallo di date per convertire solo il periodo che ti serve invece di tutta la chat.
Le note vocali non si sentono.
ChatVault converte l'audio così da riprodurlo in ogni browser. Assicurati di aver scelto "Includi media" durante l'export da WhatsApp — altrimenti gli audio non sono presenti nello ZIP.
Cos'è lo sblocco Pro?
Un acquisto in-app opzionale, una-tantum, gestito interamente da App Store / Google Play. Toglie solo i limiti della versione gratuita — nessun abbonamento e nessuna pubblicità.
